Main task of the project consisted in designing an Agroturistic Hotel and experience in a given parcel on the south of the island. Done in collaboration with Erlantz Frias (classmate) and supervised by professors and architects César Azcárate and Marià Castelló.

AGROTURISM HOTEL IN FORMENTERA

The task started with the identification and study of the terrain upon which the project would station itself. With a somewhat steep inclination, the proposition is a placed midway of the hill. The programme, which consisted of a series of rooms and accommodations for the hotel to function properly, are placed along this preexisting axis delineated by the set of old walls separating the arable land from other parts of the complex. The preexisting building is mostly kept intact on the outside, but a new distribution for a more respectful introduction of the programme towards the Island's tradition is carried out. The project was finally submitted on the 17 of June 2021.
