Main task of the project consisted in designing a Church and parish complex in Oporto, Portugal. Carried out and supervised by professors and architects César Azcárate and Nuno Graça Moura.

PARISH CENTER AND CHURCH IN OPORTO

The main programme revolved around the creation of a parish complex accommodating a series of spaces such as classrooms, auditoriums, offices, etc, to enable a comfortable habitation and function within the parish itself. Furthermore, the parish was to be accompanied by a Church space, of around 600 meters squared (close to 200 people).

The connection between the two pieces goes in accordance not only to the site's intricate differentiation in height, but also the urban surroundings and conditions surrounding the parcel.
