This was the 1st project done on the 1st semester of my 4th year in 2019. Supervised by teachers and architects Ruben Labiano and Juan M. Oxotorena.

BOUTIQUE HOTEL

The luxury hotel is placed in an exotic part of Vienna, with views towards the Schönbrunn Palace on the North and placed in the middle of a leafy park. It presents itself as an integration to the public life of the site and attempts to implement itself in harmony to the rest of the area.

The different connections between the parts of the building allow it to serve its primary functions in an efficient way, with the least walking time possible.

Structural calculations for its steel based structure were also carried out.

The project was carried out in group with classmate Rodrigo Alvestegui von Borries.
